About Our Dental Team in Knoxville, TN

Our dental practice has been part of the Fountain City area since 1963, when Dr. Lawrence Trivette, Jr. opened his first practice on Powers Street, off N. Broadway. In 1976, Dr. Trivette opened a new building on Essary, in the heart of Fountain City, where our office is still located. His daughter, Dr. Ann Trivette, and his cousin, Dr. Derek Osborne, later joined his practice and became the owners and partners of Drs. Trivette, Osborne and Associates once he retired. Drs. Trivette and Osborne have been supporters of the community as residents and business owners for over 30 years. The practice of 57 years has now grown to include associates Dr. Michelle Adams, Dr. Brennan Pilgreen and Dr. Alex Pilgreen, who continue to serve our community by providing comprehensive dental care in Knoxville, Tennessee.
