Ann S. Trivette, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Ann S Trivette has been practicing in Knoxville since 1988. She graduated from Furman University in 1984 with her undergraduate degree and later went on to graduate from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1988. Dr. Trivette continues her education by attending study clubs for oral implants and smile design. She has had advanced training as a qualified dentist with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and is a member of the
American Dental Association®, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Second District Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Trivette’s goal as a dentist is to care for others individually by enhancing oral health for a lifetime of fully functional, healthy smiles.
She is married to her husband, Charles, and has one son named Kent.
Derek A. Osborne, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Derek Osborne joined Dr. Ann Trivette in 1998. Collectively, they hold over 60 years of dental experience. They believe in delivering quality dentistry while maintaining a long-term relationship with our patients. Dr. Osborne received his degree in chemistry from UT Knoxville in 1985 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UT Memphis in 1989. He completed a comprehensive Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency with the U.S. Army and consequently served his fellow soldiers and family members in Europe for the next four years. After joining a practice near his home in east Tennessee, he was elated to join Ann in Knoxville to begin their practice together. He enjoys spending time with his wife of over 30 years and their daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. He enjoys multiple sports activities and strives to keep balance in his everyday life.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Second District Dental Society and American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and he is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. He participates in numerous continuing education programs each year both nationally and in Mexico.

Michelle S. Adams, DDS
Dr. Michelle Adams has been practicing with Trivette and Osborne since 2013 and cannot imagine practicing anywhere else. She cherishes that our philosophy is centered around patient understanding, empathy, and excellent care. She also believes we truly have the best team around!
Dr. Michelle completed her undergraduate degree in microbiology and business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she graduated summa cum laude. She later went on to complete her dental education at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Michelle has studied under the Dawson Dental Academy and is an active member of the Oral Design and Implant Study Club and Spear Study Club with other generalist dentists and specialists in our area. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Second District Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
When not serving our patients, Dr. Michelle is busy enjoying her family. She married her high school sweetheart, Scott, and together they have one daughter, Chloe, and pup, Henley.
Brennan Pilgreen, DDS
Dr. Brennan Pilgreen has been practicing dentistry with us since 2017. She graduated from Maryville College with her bachelor’s degree and later went on to graduate from the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 2017.
She continues her studies in dentistry by attending study clubs and participating in weekend courses. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Second District Dental Society and the Tennessee Dental Association.
Dr. Pilgreen’s goals as a dentist is to ease the minds of anxious patients and make dentistry as easy as possible for our patients.
ZACHARY LARSON, DDS
We are excited to announce the newest addition to our dental team, Dr. Zach Larson, who joined our practice in July 2023. After studying chemical engineering at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, he went on to achieve a Doctor in Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Dr. Larson is always striving to learn how to improve a patient experience with care and comfort while accomplishing their dental goals. He continues to seek education through the dental study clubs opportunities as well as with our team collaborations.
He is happy to be back in Knoxville with his wife Carly, and their dogs, Zoe & Jasper. His free time includes hiking, camping in the Great Smoky Mountains and Vols football. We look forward to you meeting him next time you are in our office.
